I use the Lego store in London

I use the Lego store in London, Leicester Square. The staff are FANTASTIC always. The shop is always well stocked. Last purchase I made was for Starry Night, the Van Gogh set. Yes it’s pricey, and we will never be able to afford the sets we want that hit the 500 quid mark. But that’s the rub, as Shakespeare would say. Now if they made a Globe Theatre……..

LEGO Sucks

I ordered the BTTF Time Machine set and love it. My mother wanted to give one as a gift. So I tried to order it for her and my order got canceled. Fair enough. It says 1 per household. So she went ahead and ordered it (to her address), and it was cancelled. The reason was she was over the purchase limit. How's that? She has never ordered before. What a terrible company.

Big Shout Out for LEGO

Big shout out to LEGO for going far above and beyond in customer service relationships. In a tis, our 4-Year grandson shattered the monkey's-head piece of his favourite DUPLO 'jungle animals' set by flinging it across the room and then stomping on it! Wrote to LEGO inquiring after a replacement piece, which, remarkably, they provided - FREE OF CHARGE. We were willing to pay. Very much appreciated, uncustomary kindness in an age of neoliberal cruelties. Thanx.

When Lego UK automatically denied a missing bricks request without so much as an explanation, I went directly to Lego.com. Despite it being the same company, it operates with different morals and standards. I didn’t want to plead my case over a gift from the children’s hospital and the reps at Lego.com respected and understood that, which meant a lot to me. I don’t know if Lego will see this review, but it made my son’s whole week after the bricks arrived in the mail. Thank you Andrei, Mason and Emily.

No doubt you’ll bring out your expensive lawyers but someone has to make a stand. My head is above the parapet Lego Corporation. I am taking you to court for discrimination. You have targeted me and my charity listings whilst allowing others to continue to list identical items on eBay. I want people to know what your tactics are. As part of the process I have used emails you sent me to use against you with the legal documents so others can see how you treat people. Your expensive lawyers will cite your creed. In its simplest terms, you believe any item made of plastic, you have the god given right to file a grievance. You hypocritical arses You took the idea from ‘Kiddicraft’ in 1947. Now you stand there dictating what others can’t do. You have profited Billions from someone else’s idea but come after a disabled guy for selling an item to raise money for Parkinson’s Disease. You are an embarrassment.

Lego is the Worst Customer Service Provider

Lego is surely one of the worst customer service provider I've ever met. They did not respect their customers, has discriminations, do things arbitrarily and did not provide a solution when things go wrong. They will be doomed if they do not change and improve.

I purchased an item for £369 and after…

I purchased an item for £369 and after 14 days of waiting for my parcel to arrive (according to the tracking information it is still at DPD data centre and was never out for delivery at any point) I eventually cancelled my order, after getting no where with customer services. I have now been told that I will have to wait for a refund until the parcel is received back to the warehouse!?.. It is still with DPD!? The item was for a very special birthday, that came and passed and I had to fork out again to resolve this situation with another company that delivered within 2 days. I need my refund ASAP PLEASE. Having previously spent large amounts of money on vouchers and gifts, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with LEGO.

Brilliant

Last year I brought my son who is autistic the mario lego set, I put mario right at the back of the side so my dog who was a puppy at the time wouldnt get hold of it, she still got hold of it though, I didn't overly want to buy the whole set again and no one was selling mario on its own, so I emailed the lego company, and explained what had happened and they sent him a new one free of charge (I was happy to pay for mario) my son thinks mario just had a little holiday, thankyou to lego who didn't let us down mario came within two days.

I have ordered many items from lego.com…

I have ordered many items from lego.com never had an issue however, when returning items the service is simply horrendous. They have had my items over 6 weeks and have yet to refund anything despite confirming receipt of the item. No correspondence and no money. Lego is a massive company and they clearly don’t deserve to be with service like this.
